2019 NEW YORK CITY BRIDGE
TABLE TOP DISPLAYS
The 2019 New York City Bridge Conference will be held on August 26-27, at the New York Hilton Midtown in New York City. The Association welcomes all firms and organizations who wish to have a Table Top Display (TTD) at the conference.
DISPLAY INCLUDES:
– One skirted table
-Two chairs
– One exhibitor’s badge with access to conference’s presentations
-List of attendees (Available 4 weeks after conference completion)
– Conference proceedings
– Refreshments breaks and lunches
– Listing of the firm’s name on the conference posters
– Access to conference hotel special rate
As in previous events, the displays will be opened throughout the two days outside the presentation rooms, where refreshment breaks are served. The conference audience will have access to the displays at all times.

FEBRUARY 21, 2019
Please submit your English narrative abstract, up to 300 words to info@bridgeengineer.org. To ensure the technical quality of the conference program, each author will be responsibile for the review of two papers.
FEBRUARY 25, 2019
Notification of acceptance will be emailed to all corresponding authors.
MARCH 25, 2019
Manuscripts are due at the Bridge Engineering Association office.
MARCH 25 – APRIL 26, 2019
Review of manuscripts.
APRIL 30, 2019
Final manuscripts are due at the Bridge Engineering Association office. Manuscripts received after this date will not be published in the conference proceedings.
