2017 BRIDGE ENGINEERING AWARD
In recognition of achievements in bridge design and bridge engineering research, the Bridge Engineering Association will grant Bridge Engineering Award to an individual that has made significant contributions to the field of bridge engineering. The award will be presented at the New York City Bridge Conference. The award has a monetary value of $5,000. Nominations will be accepted for live individuals only. To nominate an individual for her/his professional bridge engineering accomplishments, please submit a letter of nomination and the nominee’s resume to the Bridge Engineering Association via email to kmahmoud@bridgeengineer.org, by February 25, 2019.

Important Dates

JANUARY 23, 2017 Please submit your English narrative abstract, up to 300 words to info@bridgeengineer.org. To ensure the technical quality of the conference program, each author will be responsible for the review of two papers.

FEBRUARY 6, 2017 Notification of acceptance will be emailed to all corresponding authors.

MARCH 10, 2017 Manuscripts are due at the Bridge Engineering Association office.

MARCH 10–APRIL 12, 2017 Review of manuscripts.

April 19, 2017 Final manuscripts are due at the Bridge Engineering Association office. Manuscripts received after this date will not be published in the conference proceedings.

JUNE 19, 2017 Due date for PowerPoint Presentations.
